I have visited María Clara Bouvier’s course (See comment below about their response to the previous post), Jóvenes 5B, and they told me that they do not like Lady Gaga. Their favourite singers and groups are: Maroon 5, Oasis, Eminem, among others. What about you? Leave your responses in "comments" , please.

Karoke Party and loved it. Isn´t it cool for practising your English pronounciation ?
How does it work?You only need a microphone. You choose the song you want to sing, wait till it is buffered and the lyrics appear to be sung at the pace of the music.
You get a mark after singing. I am afraid my mark on intonation - not pronounciation- was not very good when I tried it :( Look at the results in the image below:
Activity to do at home:
- Visit Karaoke party website - it will be cool if you invite a classmate ;)
- choose a song of your favourite group and/or singer,
- sing it and take a shot of the screen showing your result (like the one above), then open PAINT and paste the image.
- Save it as *.JPG file and send it to me (escuelaunlp@yahoo.com.ar) + some lines saying why you chose that song + your opinion of this tool to improve your pronounciation. Remeber to include: Name + course
